"One of the stylists, I'm assuming the owner, burned the skin off my ear. Most definitely a third-degree burn. She didn't even offer to give some sort of discount or refund for reparations. How inconsiderate, unprofessional, and money hungry can you be! She knows that she did wrong as she kept on apologizing. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. I've been to various hair salons, even ones outside of the country, and this has never happened to me before. It has been about five months since I went to this salon and got this burn, and there is still a slight scar left behind. I know that pretty hurts, but y'all better be careful."

"I took my daughter here a week ago and just they didn’t properly blow dry it out as they should have still puffy. Then they curled it and had her looking like grandma. I asked them about blow out she said it was done I didn’t want to argue. To top it off the first girl told me $65,00 then the next girl said $75. Day two my daughter hair was stiff and had shrunk up.
