"This branch was EXCELLENT!! i had the most horrible experience at another branch in Columbia in Harper's Farm and decided to come here to open up a CD. Makini was so professional over the phone and remembered that I had called when we came in for our appointment. Our advisor Mariam was knowledgeable and efficient. Even while waiting to be seen, another worker came to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service rocks here!!"

All the tellers are friendly and efficient. If there is ever a wait Its because of a valid reason out of their control. I know people are sometimes in a rush. "This is one of the worst BoA branches. I travel a lot across the country and the wait times at this branch are the worst. Who are these folks at the front desk? Totally not helpful. They told me to make an appointment so they can help me faster the NEXT DAY. I felt if I was in Venezuela!! I have banked in LA and Denver recently and the service at those BoA branches was excellent. I was greeted at the front door and escorted to a teller. Who was very helpful. My advice to BoA: Fire the manager at the Clarksville branch."
