"This company is currently holding money hostage from an account my dad opened over a decade ago demanding i open an account before they will consider releasing the funds to their proper owner. I have spoken to people over the phone and online and none have offered assistance in getting this resolved expediently. On top of this to transfer the funds after i open an account (which they require i do, which means giving up a ton of risky personal info to a company that has already shown shady practices for holding the funds hostage and demanding I open an account specifically with their company which i have no interest in doing) i then need to fill out an 8 page paper form then either find the last fax machine in existence or send it via mail with the envelopes and stamps that i don't have and just hope all that personal info doesn't get lost or stolen to be used for nefarious purposes. First off, there is no reason i should need to create a new account with your company just to close an existing account secondly get with the 21st century and just handle all this online or at worst over the phone."
