"This is by far the worst salon I have ever been to, and will never be going to again. I had an important event the next day, so it was crucial for me to get my nails done nicely. They advertise as doing dipping, yet none of them seemed like they knew what they were doing. Might I add the appointment should have only taken 40-45 minutes, and I was there for 2 hours because no one knew what they were doing. The color swatch I chose was nowhere near close to what was put on my nails, and was hideous. One of the women cut my fingers up so badly that I had to stop her, not finish the appointment, and get up to leave after she continued to ignore me telling her she was hurting me. They then charged me full price, and when I complained about it they only took off $10. Horrible experience."
