"Unacceptable Manner and Unprofessional: I called the bank in the morning about the operation hours and they said 8:30-5. I took 2 hours off from work to make a check deposit. I got to the bank around 3:30 pm and I saw another customer inside the bank. We both were told that the bank is closing because of the bad weather. We were kicked out and didn’t even except a check deposit transaction that will only take less than 3 minutes. I assume she was a manager just told us to get out. I paid for the toll way, parking and 2 hours of work for absolutely nothing."
