"After ordering a meal, at the drive-through, for my wife, I attempted to order something for myself. I was told by the order taker that vegetarian meals could only be ordered online. At the pick up window, the store manager confirmed the statement, made by the order taker. I was confused, as I have ordered vegetarian meals at Taco Bell pick-up windows, up and down the East Coast, for years. However, in this instance, I was instructed to place the order online and wait five to eight minutes (according to the app), and then return to the window. Being unfamiliar with that ordering option, I asked the manager if ordering online would place the order with her and she said it would. I pulled into a parking space, placed the order, and waited. While doing so, I noticed that a store other than the one in question had received the order and payment. I went inside to speak with the "manager", who took no responsibility for the bad information. She was rude and disrespectful. She demonstrated poor customer service skills. Most importantly, for me, she served as a horrible example for the crew with the misfortune to serve under her, so called, leadership. Having spent some time in my life, working in various Customer Service situations, I certainly understand that in the profession, no matter the level or environment, the days can be long and arduous. For that reason, when I have encountered less than pleasant challenges due to less than pleasant treatment from supposedly trained Customer Service Professionals, I have only asked that they are reminded of the core of their mission and that, as the situation warrants, they be retrained. I spoke with the Corporate Customer Service Office about this incident and shared my unpleasant experience. In breaking with my usual approach, I didn't suggest retraining for the grossly unprofessional manager. Neither did I suggest that she should be terminated. Although, I am not convinced that she shouldn't be."
"Destiny A. was completely disrespectful for NO REASON. I'm a babysitter, and simply asked if I could split an order before I ordered at the drive-through. She immediately had an attitude, and said they don't do that. Fine. Other drive-throughs at different restaurants can, so it didn't hurt to just ask. I asked her if I came back around, could I make the other order. She replied condescendingly "if you want to." I pleasantly said "ok, no problem"; because, I genuinely didn't want this nasty person to spit in my food. I only needed the order split so I could pay for the kids I was babysitting with their dad's card, and for my food with my own card. I genuinely was not trying to make her day any harder, and I just wanted my food safe. I wasn't in a hurry either, so I didn't make a big deal about it. She shoves me my bag of food, and slams the door when I was trying to ask for the receipt. I came around again for the second order. I don't know why she chose to come to work that day, what's going on in her personal life, or what had happen to make her bad day, but that is not my fault. I would have gone inside to talk to the manager, but not with the kids in the car. I totally get customer service in general sucks; especially fast food. Customers can be real jerks and conniving when it comes to coupons & discounts. I try to set a good example for the kids I babysit to show them how to be kind to others. My order was on 11/5/23 and was order numbers 302409 & 302413 if they need to see the footage. I have no desire for deals, coupons, or reimbursements or anything. I just hope her manager calls her out after watching the footage, and finds someone to replace her. I genuinely hope that girl has encounters like the one she gave me to see for herself how bad it feels especiallywhen you genuinely try to be a decent customer. If you want safe food that Destiny A. won't spit in, don't go here."
"Drive through cashier was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. No greeting and when I left I said thank you and had the window slammed in my face. Called the store and the manager and another employee had me on speaker phone like it was a group discussion. I think I need to become a manager so I can teach them about customer service. I will never go to this location again"
"I would give 0 stars if I could. My bf and I come to this Taco Bell a lot but that won't be anymore. Up until yesterday we always really liked dealing with a particular worker there. He forgot to get her name but she's a thin white girl that works there during the late hours til they close at 4am. Whenever we order we specifically always ask for steak instead of chicken so that's what he did. Our order has always been right at this location. Yesterday she made a mistake and gave him chicken. My bf didn't realize this until he got home and had to rush right back out with the order fully intact. The lady wasn't apologetic at all (even tho she was the one that messed up) and put us at an inconvenience. She even told my bf that it was his fault and mistake. I understand she wanted to go home but the store wasn't even supposed to be closed yet. She also rudely questioned my bf asking why didn't he come back sooner and that he took 2 hours which was a complete lie. We live 15 minutes away and my bf rushed right back out as soon as he got home. The time stamp is right on the receipt lol. My bf then asked if there was anything they could possibly do for him and she said no. He even offered to pay more for the steak because she was going on about how it's more expensive than chicken. She still refused all because she felt lazy and wanted to go home sooner than their closing time. If she can't do much for us, then an apology or just in general a good attitude would have been acceptable. She has extremely poor customer service skills and I have no idea how she's even working there. I feel really sorry for anyone that works with her and I sure hope she wasn't the manager. I guess that's what you get with Taco Bell lol."
"Update: 10th July 2019, I went to this taco bell with my family and I have order Supreme Chalupa Combo. I am pure vegetarian. Therefore, I have replaced beef with beans in my whole order. When I received my order they gave beans on two chalupa. However, beef was added in hard shell taco. Very disappointed and very bad that we trust on restaurant that they will provide food that we ordered. This is can make big problems in our life. I will never visit this Taco Bell and I will also tell my all friends and family to not visit this store. They might not maintain food allergies rules. This is very important for restaurant industry to maintain food making process. Old Review: Quality of food is good. However, it took me 30 minuets to order items via drive through. Queue was not moving quickly. It was taking longer than ever. I am hoping that they should hire more experienced employees to work faster and quality of work. This place does not feel cleaner. They don't have good interior. I faced issues with soda fountain. Many times they have issues with soda fountain. Soda does not feel sugar or flavour of soda. They have several item eith just one dollar. They named it craving menu. I love their hot and fire sauces. I use at least 2-3 sauces in each item."
