"Today the driver came to our property and ran over the lights tried to cover it up with dirt. People There is Always A Camera. Then he left and came back just looking around the property. I called to report him but the 800 number goes outbound to a different country. FYI I DON'T HAVE A ACCOUNT EITHER"

"One star is way too much for this company! They never deliver when they are supposed too. Minimum 2 days late is their guarentee. They lie and say they tried to deliver and office was closed, when it was open and staff stayed late to receive the water. Customer service is horrible and do absolutely NOTHING to rectify the problem. We only got sorry about your problem, but nothing we can do."

"Deer Park have the worst customer Services I contacted. They changed the price from $8.49 in their web page to $14.99 when I check out and put my account that was closed for years. I called them to fix it and they kept me wait for more than 40 minutes asking all the questions and in stand by, to at the end sent my call to another CS representative that told me that if I want the water I have to pay the $14.99 they asked. The same bottle in a grocery store is $8.29. Incredible! I told the to close my account, there are better business who cares for their clients."

"I have been Deerpark's delivery customer for 10 years and their service has become progressively worse, especially in last two years. They frequently delay deliveries. When I tried to reschedule or skip a delivery because of travels, they ignored my requests and kept delivering and charging to my account. At least so far their water quality has been consistent and still tasted good, which is keeping my three stars for them, for now."
