"Extremely greasy food. Wait long. Help was nice but entire visit was uneasy due to riffraff hanging out. One patron ordered, did not have enough $ but the counter attendant let him go to car to find more money (with a line of 3 people waiting). I will not return here."

"The food is always pretty good. However, they almost ALWAYS forget something, whether it’s a side or an entire meal, they tend to not put everything in the bag, and then refuse to refund your account or give you what you already paid for saying “we don’t know if you’re trying to get a free meal.” Even when bringing receipt and food back. If you leave the window, you are not getting your food or your money back. There have been times I’ve opened a chicken meal to find they gave me shrimp instead, I understand mistakes happen, but this happens consistently even though what I ordered is on the receipt."

"I've been craving a quality Popeye's experience for some time now because the one near where I live in Nashville TN has let me down every time, so I stopped going. So while here in VA visiting my sister, I was hoping to have a reminder of why I used to love it so much. And your location did exactly that. I was greeted immediately and with a genuine smile by your employee named Chiemaa. My order was kind of complicated, but she remained patient with me the entire time. My order came out quickly, hot, and fresh. I planned on eating some of my food there and taking some of it home, but my meal was so amazing that I almost ate all of it before I left. The inside of the establishment was clean and organized as well. As a person that works in the food industry myself, I have high standards that are usually not met. However, I must say this was the kind of experience that I hope to have any time I go out, whether it be fine dining or fast food. Thank you so much for reminding me why I love Popeye's so much!"

"I have mixed feelings about it. Sometimes staff are very nice other times not so much. For always good and fresh, that's what matters. They do me it up at time, but that's normal, and it happens almost anywhere we get food."

"Worst service ever, this was only my second time here and I’m undecided if I’ll return. I went here with my daughter to grab dinner. I ordered our food and had asked for sauce but when we got our food I seen that they had forgotten my sauce, I went and asked for the sauce well the girl who was up told me I had to pay for them as you only get one when you order chicken tenders I proceeded to tell her I never even ordered chicken tenders and I have already asked for my sauce. I really wasn’t trying to make a big deal as I figured maybe she didn’t understand me since it seemed to be a language barrier anyways I told I wasn’t paying for sauce when I had ordered the sauce she then looked at the guy in the back he looked at her and then they both looked at me like I was a crazy person I said it’s fine I don’t even want them. A few minutes later she brings me the sauces and sadly they weren’t the ones I wanted. Maybe I’m just overreacting but I felt the language barrier was definitely a problem to start with and they seemed pretty rude. Food was great though and their strawberry biscuits were pretty good."
