"Had a taste for a burger, fries and milkshake and BurgerFi hit the spot! I got the single BBQ Rodeo Burger and it was pretty tasty. It could’ve had a few extra charred jalapeños for a little more heat, but it was still good. Hand cut fries were perfect, and the cookies and cream shake was the finishing touch. Service was excellent and quick. Location was clean and warm, considering it was frigid outside. Will definitely visit again."
"On a Friday evening at 6pm, I placed our order including a beer. They informed me that the beer I ordered was out and only 2 of the 6 beers on tap were available. I ordered one of the 2 and was then told none of the staff were 21 and able to serve. We instead purchased $5 fountain cups. The single soda machine that was plugged in and working was seemingly out of every syrup for all sodas. I tried all of the flavors and none tasted more than tinted seltzer. As the only patrons at the time, we waited 25 minutes for our 3 meals. My CEO burger was the same size as my daughters children's menu burger. The food was ok, but expensive and given the experience we will not be returning."
