McDonald's,

"Food was cold, the order (allegedly) wasn't placed, after waiting in line for 30 minutes (I timed it since I've heard horrible things about this particular McDonald's). Drive thru lady finally spoke up after waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker, and told us that there was no order under our name, told us to come into the store, doors were locked, no one answered after knocking pretty loudly for 5 minutes, went back through the drive thru and they FINALLY took the order (which meant that the order WAS in fact placed). The workers (or at least the lady working the second drive thru window) are incredibly unprofessional and aren't putting in nearly as much effort as they should, I get that it's McDonald's but 45 minutes for an order of 3 items is actually insane. Would not recommend to my worst enemy."

"I'm disappointed that the service seems to be going down at this location. I ordered two fries for curbside. After 10 minutes of watching the driver thru line almost empty out from being full, I walked in. My order had not even been prepared yet! No apology or explanation given. I know ya'll can do better than this."

"We dined in for breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. But we could not find a clean table anywhere so I had to wipe one down for us. The floors need to be swept and the ladies restroom needed to be cleaned. The Egg McMuffin was just OK. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s. You can do better than that!"

"They are usually fast but most times the food is not fresh. The buns are hard sometimes. The burgers just taste like they have been sitting out for awhile after being made. But sometimes the burgers are okay. The fries are usually always good"

"I don’t know if they need to hire more staff however this particular location is always slow and it’s not like they had a lot of cars in the drive through this afternoon after 3pm. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. It was business as usual for them. That’s why chic fila will always be better than Mcdonalds especially in regards to their customer service and treatment of customers. I was at this location Wednesday October 4th at around 9:08pm, there was a wait at the prompter to communicate my order. The rep apologized about the wait, when I drove towards the first window , there were 3 cars in front of me. I wait d another 10 mins before it was my turn at the drive through window and then I saw all these items display on the counter. You need to do better at this location."
