"I called to see if they had a medication in stock and was told they couldn't tell me over the phone but would if I came in, so I went in and they refused to help me unless my doctor called in. Terrible service"

"I came to pick up my prescription, but there were people inside with the shutters down. I asked what time they open and they said they open at 2pm. Apparently, the website says from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm... but it is closed for no reason. They made me waste my precious time."

"First and foremost this Walmart is ridiculously overcrowded (which I know is out of the stores control) nothing was stocked. Then the cashier that I had didn’t know what she was doing at all. She basically took all the stuff that I put on the conveyor belt and threw it in the bag some bags being mixed with hair products and cold food I don’t know how that makes sense but I would love for one of the managers to tell me.A few. of my items got ruined and also one of my laundry detergents was spilled all over the place at checkout because the girl grabbed it with her nails that are way too long to be working with. Then it’s hard to even get assistance with anything you ask somebody something and all it is is “I don’t know” all the time how do you work in Walmart and you don’t know not one thing about where anything is? A few workers simply standing around like they are waiting for a bus also was a cringe . The freezers where all the food is was filled with condensation because lord knows why. I really never leave negative reviews but this one took the cake of one of the WORST experiences at a Walmart in my life . I drove a few miles from Philly thinking it could possibly be better but not the case at all . DO BETTER !"

"This Walmart location is just OK. The store is mostly neat, though there’s always shipping bins laying around, making the store look ‘unkept’. The other issue I have is in the morning, they sometimes will only open the ‘main’ entrance door and keep the rest locked until the afternoon. Why?"
