"I ordered 2 different dishes on phone for carryout. Orders were repeated and correct. One was substituted without my request or permission. I did not realize it until l sat to eat it the next day. Both dishes were horrible. I threw them away. Never patronizing them again. Wasted money and tastebuds. ZERO STARS GIVEN."

"I am incredibly disappointed. We used to eat here all the time. We just order carry out. Wet got the wrong thing and it was tasteless. The food was AWFUL!! Hardly any meat. Obviously they lost their quality standards and they don't know how to deal with the public. They were really rude, and we had to go back to return the food before they would give us our money back. They didn't even care that they were losing a customer. Apparently we are expendable as customers. Save yourself money and frustration and stay away from this place."

"The Beef Tender Soup tasted extremely herbal and biting into the beef tasted like I was eating herbs. The description on the menu did not mention any herbs in the soup. Possibly, Noodle Charm used the broth of the Tom Yum. The Tom Yum broth was not too strong on the herbs since you can taste the spice and peanuts. I ordered the spring rolls from the Spice and Dice menu, I had no clue it was a veggie roll. It lacked ingredients and mainly the wrapper. My husband and I just threw it away. Even though, we had a main waiter, Noodle Charm's staff worked as a TEAM! They always came to our table to check on us and refilled our drinks."
