Red Lobster

"My family and I recently visited this location to celebrate my successful completion of the RN program. I attempted to call ahead to reserve a table due to the size of our party, but no one answered for well over 16 minutes. I understood they may have been busy, however we arrived to no wait, and were seated immediately. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to come to the table, and this person only dropped off dinner rolls without even speaking to us. We waited an additional 10 minutes before our waitress finally came to take our drink orders, and by that point we decided to place our order. I would like to point out again that the restaurant was not busy, there were half a dozen tables at best. Our drinks took 20 minutes to arrive while our food took around 40 minutes. My sangria was served in a in regular cup rather than a the goblet it was supposed to come in and my husband's chocolate martini was missing the piece of chocolate garnish while other people who ordered the same drink had one and it tasted like pure liquor. No one ever came over to apologize for the delay or even give us an update on what was taking so long. When my food arrived, I received the fattiest steak I have ever had, which was very off putting, and no butter for my lobster despite my other guests receiving it, and my husband's lobster was extremely over cooked. Our waitress never even asked if I would like another drink, again I was there to celebrate, so I likely would have ordered more. Another guest in our party was so upset by the service they requested a manager but no one ever came to address the issue. The waitress had a very apparent attitude after that point. All in all, we paid well over $100 for our meals and it ruined my evening. My husband and I have eaten out every Friday for years, and to be honest, this is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I don't typically write reviews, but this experience deserved one. I don't think we will be back."

"Loved the food, free biscuits with crab dip, salmon, shrimp… everything was well prepared and flavored with beautiful presentation. Only comment is, a sea food place must have oysters. Without oysters it’s incomplete."

"I would not recommend coming to this Red Lobster. They said it was a 30-minute wait after 45 minutes, and They said it would be another 35 minutes due to the kitchen being backed up. Once we were seated, the waiter moved us twice. We had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come to our table, after which we had to ask other servers for our server. The two tables across from us looked like that from the time we sat down until the time we left. Our food was cold, and it looked like someone had just thrown our food on the plates."

"I mean, we all go for the cheddar bay biscuits, right?? Those came quick. BUT the restaurant is super under staffed. We booked on OpenTable which gives you like priority seating but the wait was LONG and a couple parties left before they were even seen by the hostess. Our server did her best and she was great - friendly, prompt, etc- but again, understaffed. Booth table was clean when we arrived... the seat, notsomuch. I got the fish and chips, which was good! My kid got the tenders, my dad got the Caesar salad, and they both liked it. My mom got the endless shrimp and it was a LOT of food. The refills on biscuits and coconut shrimp did come out pretty quickly so they were on top of that. Overall, not bad. I wouldn't likely go at 5pm on a Saturday again (not all tables were full... but again, understaffed) but I'd pick this over olive garden."

"To start off this review, the service was amazing, our server was very kind, attentive, and checked on us consistently! As for the food it had a very good presentation and did not take long but I do feel as if it were overpriced for the quality and taste of it. It was okay food but am unsure if I would go back for the food. But the classic cheddar biscuits were no disappointment as they were good as always!"
