"Customer Service is not good! I called and asked for Cyndi to do my eyebrows on a Saturday but they said she was busy so the sister said I could come on Sunday. I asked what time Cyndi would be there and Molly said 11am. I came at 11:02 and she said Cyndi wasn’t coming because she doesn’t have an appointment. She has 3 kids and wouldn’t come from just eyebrows. I think that was so disrespectful and inconsiderate of their clients time. It doesn’t matter if I’m only getting eyebrows, you told me that should would be there and I drove 20 minutes out. She told me her mom will do them but her mom messed up my eyebrows previously and she had to keep waxing to get it right. This is terrible!"
