"Been banking with this Bank for over 20 years. It's a small bank and they closed two locations (Germantown and Shady Grove) near me which makes it a bit harder to do transactions. However, despite this inconvenience I bank here because I love the staff. Ousman and Dawit are the best. Very friendly and attentive. I feel like I am seeing family when I am greeted by these two. I enjoy talking to them and they are so awesome and helpful. I can honestly say that the bankers I have dealt with over the years have always been great. They hire great people!"
