"The place has been there for a long time so it's dated but appears to be clean. Bathroom need updated. I was going to order the omelet with everything available to be in it. I mean the regular omelet came with one option then I noticed in the small print each item was $1.99 so if I would have ordered an omelet with everything, it would have been a $40 omelet which is crazy to me anyways. I ended up getting the spinach and mushrooms omelet which was $14.99 it was good- not great though. I don't plan on going back any time soon!"

"Staff seemed very unhappy. None of staff was in a hurry to make customers feel comfortable. Food and drinks took along time for the few customers in the place. Then it came out cold and some wasn't how we ordered it. Unfortunately bad experience."

"This IHop is right off RT 40. As we walked in the business was slow many empty tables. We were greeted with a smile at the front desk and showed to our seats . The waitress came directly over to our table and asked if we wanted drinks . Made the order and then she said she would be right back with the drinks . The girls ordered different pancake I did meals and I ordered their bone steak . The food came within 15 minutes of us ordering . The girls loved their pancakes and I got my steak which was slightly over cooked but still tasted good but had a lot of bone in it. The waitress brought drink refills without asking her name was Tiara . The men’s bathroom was fairly clean but could use a little more cleaning. Over all experience at this IHOP wasn’t bad."

"I had the pleasure of eating at IHOP recently and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend IHOP to anyone looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot."
