"Saturday December 30th 2023 They completely messed up my coffee despite me placing a mobile order where they can read the order, which was simple. I called her out on it in the drive thru window and she insisted it was correct. The line was long af and I had a 3+ hour drive so I took the incorrect coffee and just left... I didn't have the energy to argue. It had a weird foam and liquid sugar despite wanting a regular iced coffee with regular granulated sugar. Thanks for ruining my easy to make coffee!"

"Shut this branch down immediately! The employees are completely checked out family members who clearly breezed through training videos and still read the layout on simple drinks. A quick grab and go during an empty 2pm turned into a 15min rest stop."

"Went in and placed my order, which the cashier entered into the register (along side her helper), for two kids' scoops of ice cream and a single scoop cone with a 2 & 4 yr old on a Wednesday night, (12/20/23 at 7:30). The cashier did NOT complete MY order; but INSTEAD answered her headset, TOOK and FILLED a drive-thru order for the next 10 minutes!--(5+ drinks, donut hole box, ice cream half gallon, etc) All while my grandkids were ASKING for their ice cream!! When I told them it was very rude to make me wait, they said "that will be $12.10." When I asked for a manager, the male worker made a phone call and said the owner said there would be no amends."

"Prices are a bit high for what you get. Two small scoops in a sundae. I asked for a very small cup of water to take a pill and they couldn't give me a small cup. They had to give me a large cup and charge $0.50. No big deal but I literally needed a swallow of water. Paid $0.89 for sprinkles on the Sundae and got less than a teaspoon. The young lady working the cash register was kind enough to give me more."

"I've come to this location since they opened. I felt belittled by a staff member today and read through the previous reviews. My experience confirmed what other customers have described as "rude" and "frustrated with order pick up." I ordered inside and waited until it was ready. To my surprise, the woman scolded me for not picking up my order fast enough. I was sitting at the table waiting and watching the screen. It still read "in progress" when I left."
