"Usually pretty lenient about reviews, but this place is run by a bunch of kids that are on personal phone calls while talking to customers, forgetting items all over the place, and they're generally just ghetto and incompetent. It's sad but it isn't gonna change. I remember ordering around 9 on the app, their lobby was closed due to low staff. I went to the drive thru, no answer. Went around to the window, told them I had an order and they literally laughed at me before throwing it all together and sending me away. Children. And that's not even the worst of their service. You bet some of the paid reviews are gonna say 4-5 stars and good service/food, though. Always count on those!"

"The people that work there are miserable there. God forbid I order multiple orders for my workers. They always complain out loud makes me not want to go there anymore. I would give it 1 star but there was girl at the register that was really nice and helpful. That one skinny chick in the back that puts the orders in the bags needs to go asap"

"So it was 9:15pm and they had the dining room already closed. How can that be when it states it is open until 10pm? Then the crew members I guess found it funny that I took these pics as the laughed looking at me and another customer. I am a bus driver and I don’t have a lot of time or options. Now I can’t take my break because I wasted time coming to a store that was suppose to be open."

"Do not eat here! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it DID NOT have lettuce or tomatoes just Mayo. Also the chicken was over cooked. The bottom of my shoe would taste better than that pathetic sandwich. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"DO NOT EAT HERE. MOLDY FOOD SOLD TO CUSTOMERS!!!! On 5/11, we received 4 breakfast sandwiches and after one was eaten, it was discovered to have mold. Absolutely disgusting. No answer from the store, no answer from corporate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
