Hair Cuttery

"My hair is so badly messed up I've cried for a week. I'm growing out a pixie and finally got all my hair below the nape hair line. I go in to even out my hair all around and the woman said because my hair was thick it needed to be blended in the back. I said ok but I had told her I was growing it out so I wasn't worried. She cut off 4 inches of hair in the back!!!! It is currently back to pixie length in the back. And it is so messed up. There are tiers. Like chunky tiers along the back of my hair. When I saw her cutting off so much hair in the back I told her she couldn't touch the sides. So now I have two different haircuts on my head and no way to fix it. This is so much worse that the 8 months I took growing out the pixie the first time because the back is just a terrible cut. Do not come here. I've never had such a bad experience."

"The only one that has cut my hair well is Trinity, who has been gone for quite some time now, Grace, who has also left, and Danielle who thankfully, is still there. Everyone else I’ve had cut my hair when Danielle wasn’t available or off has absolutely massacred my hair."

"The styalists are very friendly. However, on 2 separate occasions, although I showed them a picture of the hair cut I wanted & they said they could duplicate it, they didn't. I liked the cut, but I still want mine to look like the one in the picture."

"I came in as a walk in for a simple hair mask. The stylist said she had time to do it and was willing to take me for a service. THEN She randomly picked products to go together to create a "hair mask" but I could not find her combination listed anywhere in the salon or on their website, and she whispered something to the stylist sitting next to her at the front desk, and I heard this other stylist reply "just pick something". First red flag. Then, she was unable and unwilling to explain to me what the hair mask would do because it wasn't just for moisturizing, it also made chemical changes to the hair. So she pressured me to sit so she could just start the mask, but she didn't know what the processing would do, or how to explain it to a client, but she was willing to charge me money to put it on my hair and risk damaging my hair or inflaming a sensitive scalp? Are you serious? Don't go here unless you know for sure your stylist is competent. Then when I told her I was not comfortable having something put on my hair if she couldn't explain what it does, she laughed at me as I walked away and said something snarky to the other stylist who had told her to just pick random products to put on my hair. She did this in front of 3 customers. Cosmetology requires knowledge of the chemical processing of the products being used on clients, don't risk damaging your client's hair or making it fall off because you just want the $20. Unethical and unprofessional"
