Rosemont Pharmacy

"This place is pretty terrible from a customer service aspect. I called in to ask about drug prices and was told I needed to fill out their online form for a quote, fine. The next day I get a text message with a link to my quote. The link requires me to enter my DOB to confirm, I do and am hit with a message saying they have no info on file. I call back to the pharmacy to sort things out and they confirm they have the right DOB on file. I ask if they can just tell me the pricing or email me the quote becuase the text link clearly isn't working. I was told the ONLY way they can give me a price quote is through a text message link. If your technology doesn't work, you need a backup plan or you're useless."

"The only reason I gave it two stars was due to the female pharmacist giving what I think was a genuine apologize. I can tell by the people I spoke with at this pharmacy, that the culture for customer service has an undertone of rudeness."

"Everyone at Rosemont Pharmacy was wonderful! The staff was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for me. During a difficult time, they helped me with all of my questions and never made me feel like an inconvenience. They filled my prescription immediately and without any obstacles that I have experienced with other pharmacies. And every time I called someone answered the phone without putting me on hold or giving me the run around. This was the by far the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy! Would recommend to anyone, and I would give 10 stars if I could!"

"So this is my third review, I am writing this after having a terrible experience with this pharmacy on Saturday and I called the manager in the morning and left them a message to call me back. Which he did like 10 hours later. Anyway I find out that he is calling to accuse me for creating different fake accounts and asking family and friends to give him 1 star ratings ??? To think someone has the time to do that is beneath me, here I was expecting an apology for the way I was treated in his pharmacy ?? But no, I get accused of this ?! This really is absurd. I see so many reviews here about how terrible the techs treat your patients, instead of training them on how to work with patients this is your response ? Amazing."
