"The food tastes great; my only complaint is that I ordered medium or mild, whatever the middle is, and it tastes like fire. I've ordered fire before, so I know what it tastes like. Other than my lips burning, it tastes great."
"Absolutely terrible service. This was my first time at this establishment. I will probably never come back. I came here on a Wednesday to get food and drinks. I sat at the bar. The bartender, the heavy set woman, was very lazy and this was not a busy night. I had to keep calling her over, she never willingly came over to check if I was ok or needed anything. Once I communicated what I wanted it took her forever to get a me a beer or a shot. Towards the end of the night at 9:30pm they shut off all the TVs and essentially told everybody to leave. I had just received my food. I was watching a good game and couldn’t even finish watching it. I talked to the manager on site and expressed my concerns, she downplayed everything. This experience was terrible and I will never return to this location. Upper management needs to step in."

"I did enjoy some of my food from the Crafty Crab. This was my first time visiting this chain and I loved all the cheesy decor. We went on a Friday in the middle of the day so it wasn’t crowded at all. We got the mild buttery garlic crab legs seafood boil & 4 crabs on the side. I got the key lime pie for dessert. The mild buttery garlic sauce, corn, shrimp & sausage were spectacular; the potatoes were good, & the crabs were just okay. The key lime pie was okay too ; no added garnish or whipped cream ; I would skip their desserts personally. They were very small. Our server was also a bit absent minded ; she forgot to give us a pail, bibs, wipes & gloves, thankfully we had some wipes of our own. Overall I don’t think I would visit again, I might do takeout and just get a pound of shrimp with corn and sausage. It was clean and the location here in Randallstown is nice. I would recommend skipping their crab legs or crabs."
