"My son has a disability and has secondary insurance to help financially. Paula the pharmacist flat out refused to speak with our son's secondary insurance carrier after finding out she didn't know how to enter a secondary insurance into her computer system. She didn't even have the decency to call me back after I left her a voicemail to give me that information. Highly disappointed with this experience. We'll be sticking with Whitman Pharmacy. We've literally had zero problems with them sending to our secondary insurance and are extremely knowledgeable. I do have to give Harris Pharmacy credit that I called them ahead of time with both insurances and they had my son's script ready in less than 15 minutes of receiving the script. They never asked me if I wanted any counseling though. If you only have one insurance then you'd be fine using this pharmacy. If you have two, I would avoid them. Having a kid with a disability is tough enough. It's a shame they couldn't figure out their computer or call the insurance pharmacy department for help."

They also always immediately refill my prescriptions. I’d give them 10 stars if I could, I drive an hour and a half from work to get my meds there, worth the trip."
