"I made the appointment online for a "new customer" which went smoothly. I arrived on time and only sat for a few minutes in the empty salon before my stylist came out and introduced herself. I had to ask for the shampoo that is included in the online description, and then I got my basic cut. I have long, straight hair and it's usually cut evenly across the bottom. I'm not quite satisfied that is what I got, so I will look elsewhere for my next cut."
