"This is the pharmacist inside the CVS Pharmacy on township line road. They are not equipped to deal with the volume of customers it has at the pharmacy The staff that is available is unhelpful and demeaning to patients. When faced with a routine question regarding other available options for a drug that that was unaffordable, the staff was not able to provide alternative options like other similar brand names or generics. They were unwilling to look for available discount programs through programs they participate in like GoodRX. They did not call me to notify me the drug was very pricey, rather they filled it and allowed me to wait in line for over 30 min and told me the cost at the counter with a “are you aware of the price”and lackluster attitude. They are not staffed to give courtesy calls to customers or provide help outside of the one thing they have to do - count pills. They are there to count pills and ring you up. It is very basic retail with no customer relationship building or courtesy. I left the store disappointed and disheartened by the lack of customer service, the substantial wait in line, and the demeanor of the available assistance."
