"Recently went here to pick an order up, had to wait additional time and was asked to see an ID just to pick my food up… no one else (being white ppl) were asked that. Completely had something to do with the color of my skin. On top of that the sub was nasty and cold. 0/10 don’t recommend ppl of color to spend their $ here. I won’t be back!"

"Key Details $$ out of $$$$ for a sandwich shop Dine in OK GOOD - clean, good service BAD - price just okay, quality just okay I hit the Firehouse before a movie. I got the Smokehouse n cheese and potato soup. The soup was good (recommend adding included crackers for thickness) The sandwich was a bit over priced for the size (8.79) and a little under flavored. It wasn't bad but not great. Maybe Id try another mix. For taste and price Id go Wawa, but if you want a sit down experience, Firehouse is worth a visit."
