"ordered 3 platters medium well had to saw the well done crust pieces and it wasnt sliced very thin with x-tra gravy said make them swim and end up with 2 dry pieces of bread if this is extra gravy i would hate to see regular gravy it was real appetizing"

"Employees are super friendly! I didn't see a smoke ring on the ribs (got a full slab) so I would be inclined to agree with others that the ribs are baked. I'm not a fan of baked ribs... I get it, it saves time and money. I liked the fries more than anything else. I thought they were really good. I appreciate the military/veteran discount they have. Thanks for honoring our military."

"I've smelled their meats cooking for years while I sat in the next-door Mickey D's drive-thru line. It always SMELLED good, but I never stopped in to try. Today I did and my only question is What took me so long???? Had the large Pit Beef with onions, horseradish, tiger sauce and I later added ketchup, plus an order of Onion Rings. The beef was perfectly cooked, thin-sliced, and has a super-tasty bark. SO moist and tender that every bite was a clean bite - no need to gnaw your way though this sandwich!! The Onion Rings were terrific, and I've heard their boardwalk-style fries are top-notch. I passed on them today, but won't make that mistake when I come back. Soon! CAME BACK with my 20-yr old. Same sandwich X2 along with fries plus their KILLER Onion rings. And there was much rejoicing! Back again with the wife a Bawlmer-girl who knows her Pit Beef. 4 star review. OH, and those ONION RINGS. My gawd!!!! So good. NOTE the picture taken of their exterior. See the blue smoke coming out of their chimney? THAT tells you the folks at The Canopy know what they're doing, that their fire is perfect and the meats are being bathed in pure, delicious, wood smoke."
