"This place really went down hill. Ordered online to save time. Showed up and the guy told me it's not ready as he was there by himself and had 4 people in line, after taking care of them he will get to my order. Went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes or so. I go in for the second time, there's 2 people in line and he hasn't gotten to my order yet. At that point I had enough and canceled my order. I will never go to this subway again. I would advise you not to go to it as well unless you have nothing better to do and don't mind waiting 20 or so minutes to get a sandwich made."
"Horrible people skills here The man that works there shut the door in my face today Said he has sugar and can’t stay open Every experience I hav with him is always negative Tells me all his issues Very limited bread Never cookies Always has an excuse y Basically doesn’t want to make all the product because it may go to waste Then just close the store This has been going on for years Bummer I enjoy Subway Have been going there for decade’s 30+ years I can remember when it first opened Hopefully this guy gets retrained or moves on Someone please help"
"Subway in Natrona Heights. Poor gal working there was the only one working on a Friday evening! She did very well and seemed to be under control, but moving really fast. We got 3 subs. All were perfect! By the time we left the place was filling up and she had on line orders!!! Shame on subway for having only 1 person there on a FRIDAY evening!! The gal working was great..kudos to her!.. .but a million BOOS to Subway for short staffing her so badly."
"We will NEVER eat at this Subway again. There was just so much wrong here, wilted lettuce, stale bread, snadwich wraps with black olive juices crusted to the sides, chicken not properly kept, insignificant amounts of meat and squished sandwiches that were drenched in sauce and soggy. Called in to speak with a manager and were told there was none present. Worst service ever and we got sick. Money was refunded. Thanks Natrona Subway."
"The two men that work there around 5:30 are great. Store is always clean and quiet. I ordered a chicken teriyaki for my husband which he loved and gets everytime now, also got a chicken bacon ranch for my son who also swears by it and never orders anything else. I love this subway compared to the one on tarentum bridge road. I highly Recommend it!"
