"What a surprise, Arby's now serving very very expensive premium Roast Beef!! I visited this place last Sunday evening. I ordered half-pounder meal for dine-in, and also ordered one classic and one double sandwiches to go. On Monday afternoon, I took the sandwiches out from fridge and I noticed there was no size difference in two roast beef sandwiches. I thought that I might have ordered two classics by mistake. But the receipt showed one classic and one double. So, I weighed both sandwiches on my trusty digital kitchen scale. Result: One weighed 151grams, another one weighed 154 grams. There was only 3 grams difference. Classic RB costs $4.69 Double RB costs $6.39 Difference is $1.70 plus tax($1.80). In other words, I paid $1.80 for just 3 grams of extra RB. 3 grams are equal to 0.102oz. That is equivalent to $17.65/oz or $282.35/lb Roast Beef. Thanks to Arby's in Cockeysville MD, I very much enjoyed extra 3 grams of $282.35/lb Roast Beef for my lunch on Monday. I love Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches, so I will come back for more, but I prefer no more expensive RB for next visit."

"Everytime I pass this location I never see any cars. I love the Jamocha shakes so I stopped by to get one. With no cars, there was no wait! The staff was friendly and great. The shake i got was delicious as well. Overall a great stop"

"WOW this is CRAZY! Have you ever been served a MEDIUM ROAST BEEF SANDWICH with LETTUCE & TOMATO on a FREAKING HOT DOG BUN???? Well, I have! We ordered three sandwiches and drove home to find mine was on a wet soggy hot dog bun! I called and asked if that was something new, the female manager (Maria) on duty (who has been rude to us before) said they ran out of buns and that was why. I asked why the other sandwiches we got were on buns and she said they had just run out. So I asked why did they not tell us, and she lied and said they did. So, I am confused, they ran out of sandwich buns and sent someone to the store, and that someone bought freaking hot dog buns? Arby’s does not serve HOT DOGS!!! So we went back for a refund and she was again, very rude and no apology was given. And to make it worse she would not refund us for the medium drink that got left at home on the counter, even though we had to drive all the way back to get the refund. This is the last time we will ever go to this location. Simply DISGRACEFUL! Not the ARBY’S I grew up with. Also one quick note! This was not a bun they use on the French dip, because that's what I wanted, and they refused because they said they were out of buns for it."
