"Dropped by as a walk in and there were only a few people inside. A man who was attending another customer greeted me as I entered. I stood at the reception desk and waited. I couldn’t tell who was a customer and who was a technician and stood awkwardly until someone finally asked if they could help me. I asked for waxing and was told they don’t do waxing. As it is a very small town, I asked if they could recommend another salon that did waxing. The technician walked away and a customer told me about another salon down the street. Bottom line, not very friendly or attentive."
