"This property needs upkeep! the drain in the shower is visibly rusted out; the carpets werent clean and couldn’t get the mini frig to get much cooler than the room temp. People are nice though!"

"Interesting how there are rooms still available for Nov 4 2023. My niece booked a block of rooms for her Wedding. I tried to book my room before the closeout date. Was told no more rooms available at that rate. Wow! But wanted to charge me full price. Yet, you still have rooms available. Let the bride book more rooms. Courtyard told her no. So, Brides to be, when planning your venue, note this with the Courtyard by Marriott - Philadelphia/Collegeville."

"Great spot. I was originally in the Residence Inn but that one was really loud and I could hear people and doors smashing. Here I felt the noises were definitely less noticeable. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area."

"If you value a clean room and customer service this isn’t the hotel for you. I stayed here for three nights for a wedding. The property is run down. Rust in the tub, dirty floors, stained furniture. The property is not adequately staffed. Your room will not be serviced even if you ask for it. After our second night here I called and asked the front desk to send housekeeping by our room and it was like I was asking them for a miracle. How is it that you don’t have enough staff to even do the bare minimum of what’s expected when staying in a hotel. After asking the front desk 3 times and speaking with the cleaning staff directly twice in the hopes of getting our room made up, no one came. So when we arrived back from the wedding at 1am we had no clean towels, a smelly trash and dirty room. I couldn’t believe that after basically begging the hotel to do their job, they still couldn’t deliver. The next day an hour before checkout, our room keys stopped working even though we had not checked out yet. Bottom line: the hotel is dirty and old and the customer service is awful. Stay somewhere else."

"The overall aesthetics of the property is updated. One elevator was out of service during my stay as well as the ice machine on my floor. The cleanliness of my room was not acceptable. There was left over food in my fridge. In addition the fridge was dirty. We had to clean it ourselves because the hotel did not over to send service up to clean it. There were body hairs in the bathroom. We cleaned up as well. The front desk would not Agree to a 50 percent discount for our inconvenience. In reality they should have comped the night. Your not supposed to clean the room that you pay for. Attached are some pictures."
