"I go here often enough because it's cheap. Rarely have a problem. I love the look of this particular mcdonalds as it has a fireplace. Employees are always good. Every now and then I get an amazing, above and beyond empoyee."

"Why is it that more times than not that you don't get napkins when in drive thru. It's a simple concept to put napkins in the bag but yet you rarely get them. Also when ordering the outside lane is top priority. I sat in the inside lane of drive thru when the employees would tak the orders of two vehicles before I was waited on. It should alternate for each lane but that doesn't happen. Why? It's sad and even worse that you don't get napkins on a regular basis"

"Took over 30 mins to get this piece of garbage. When I asked about where my order was, this came shortly after out of spite obviously. I can make a burger better with my eyes closed."

"I went to the drive through at about 3a. One car was ahead of me and ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra onions. I received my food and looked in the bag and saw the tags on the cheeseburgers and continued home. When I got home there was not a single onion on my cheeseburgers and the burgers were dry and burnt. It's not like they were busy and skipped reading the tag this appeared to be plain laziness on the employees part. That burnt burger should have never been put on the burger and the slips should have been read. I can't even call the store now I have to call a 1-800 number and leave a message. Get it together Hanover."

"The young man at drive through was very nice and respectful. Food was normal McDonald's quality. Trying not to go to McDonald's cause of how the new owners are treating the teenager employees. It's disgusting how they yell at them and degrade them. But this one visit, the young man greeted us, and made the visit painlessly. Wish I knew his name to properly give him the positive review."
