"The workers here don't understand what I'm saying half the time and I speak very clearly. The language boarder is real. Shouldn't have people on the window that don't speak flequent English with all due respect. Then I got some kid with a attitude trying to tell me I ordered something completely different when he couldn't understand what I was saying.... this is ridiculous. Multiple times this kid has given me attitude. People make sure your staff is patient and friendly. Last time I said I wanted a coke and dude gave me a diet coke. Please put people on drive through window that understand and speak English and people who are going to be patient and kind."

"I hate this McDonalds. It’s one of the new ones that that looks like it’s a place where you would get your taxes done if they just took the McDonald’s arches off the side of the building. You can’t get your own drinks, salt or ketchup because they inexplicably don’t have any of that out for the customers to get themselves. In addition, the staff all hide in the back so, you have to stand at the counter for five minutes before you can ask for anything. On the other hand, when I was noticed, I got very helpful service and the food was exactly what I wanted and tasty. Never gonna eat here again though and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Ugh"

"Updated today from a review from months back... just made a mobile order for one sweet tea and twenty minutes later I have to say something just to get my drink! This location sucks even though its brand new and moved around the corner!!! Made a mobile order for pickup and then had to wait an additional 25 minutes, when I only get 30 minutes for lunch just for a chicken sandwich and cold fries. I won't come back to this location, the managers seemed confused and were only focused on the drive thru orders and many people that came in AFTER me had already gotten their food and left! The lady that works the register is nice and does her best to ensure things are right but the people in the back need to get it together. It shouldn't take almost 30 minutes for two items to be made! Choose another location if your in a hurry or on lunch break!"

"Was great but January 2023 a sign posted "Restaurant permanently closed..." The new McDonald's in area at 77 Monocacy Blvd near rt70 exit ramp"

"Slowest McDonald's I've been to in years. We visited about 5:00 P.M. on Monday, Oct 10. There was only my family of 5 and another family of 3 in the restaurant as customers, and the other family was ahead of us. It took them 12 minutes to get their food, and us 15 minutes. 90 seconds is the standard for McDonald's service, so that wait was ridiculous. I took a pic of front counter while waiting. I could only wish for such a slow day back when I worked for McDonald's. This location is an embarrassment, and I will not be visiting it again."
