IHOP

"I saw the employee watched as we got out of the car once we were inside we had to stand and wait 6 minutes and there was no one else waiting. Server was cold did not introduce herself to us by name. My BLT had 2 verY small pieces of bacon lettuce bad and bread hard as a rock . My sister pancakes were extra dark and chicken strips overcooked. All the food was just bad . I was charged for a soda which I didn’t receive. Asked for my check several times. This IHop has become worse each time I have been there I will not return. If you don’t get better staff and mangers this business will fail. I’m requesting a full refund. Received a response from owner. However wasn’t a response I was expecting. I was ask to copy and paste a link for a follow up with more details. I attempted to Follow link but it failed."

"Update.. stopped by again on our way to the ocean 10- 6-, 2023, because we had a great experience in 2022. Google said they opened at 6 am. Got there around 5:55 am. Waited until 6:30 am. There were no hours posted on the door as to when they opened. Lights were on. No staff were present. We left and went to a different location. Stopped for breakfast on our way to the ocean. The door said they opened at 7am. Online said 6am. We were there at 6 am. They opened the doors and seated us instantly. Music was playing loudly. The manager turned it down. The food was fresh and hot. Excellent service and staff were polite."

"Being a big IHOP pancake fan that has been looking for a great location in West Baltimore County. I think I have found it. On a Holiday the service provided was outstanding - I have not seen this type of service from an IHOP in Maryland In a long Time. Kudos to Management and Staff at this location"

"Our daughter and I had a very lovely time at Free Pancake Day this evening! We both got a short stack of pancakes. She got a chocolate milk and I got an orange juice. The store manager had to go out and get chocolate milk. However, he was back in time before we ate our pancakes. Our server, Theodore, was absolutely amazing! He was going to take the chocolate milk off of our bill because they did not have any, but was able to pivot when the storm manager brought back the chocolate. He was also very perceptive about where we were in our meal and asked us if we needed anything."

"Good variety menu, servers were nice, good location, could be very busy on certain times. Food was good, no issues with service. Well designed Bathroom (mens) , but could use a bigger trash can inside, and frequent checks to make sure its clean"
