"For the many years that I went here to get my hair cut I had a wonderful experience. That was until they started to not pick up my calls, which I found curious as I had never had an issue with any of the staff. I attempted to leave voice-mails in order to try and schdule appointments, none of which were responded to or acknowledged. Sadly, I do feel like I know the reason that they have cut contact with me. A family member of mine is very close to one of the staff, and I went to court against said member and won. Since the case, I have not had any successful attempts at making an appointment there even though they do an absolutely great job with my hair. I do wish I could return, and I believe that I have been cut contact for completely illegitimate reasons."

Then she gave me a great new shorter style and completely made me feel welcome while I was there. This will be a great place for me to get my hair done and to bring my family to. And she answers the phone or calls back, which is more than I can say for other salons in Waynesboro!"
