"We got there about 45 min before closing the employees reminded us every 5 min when they were closing. .I mean seriously we still had 30 min and they are giving us 5 minute reminders every 5 min let us eat in peace. Absolutely Insane"

"Terrible service. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us after everybody keeps looking at us. Then I ask an ignorant woman taking drive-through order says man will be with you there in a minute and it really nasty attitude. Don’t even waste your time."

"We visited arbys in Shrewsbury pa this evening and ordered a few things at the drive thru. Got home and this is what I got (supposed to be the new chicken ranch sandwich. It actually had half a nugget on the sandwich and the cheese is hard. I called to talk to the manager and she started yelling at me and hung up on me. I called back to get her name and they wouldn’t tell me her name but the guy I talked to was named Will. I will be contacting Arbys corporate office. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again. This manager was very very rude ."

"We have visited this Arby's many times over the years. I am always impressed with the staff I interact with during our visit. They almost always seem happy and very willing to service and answer questions. The food is hot and served fast. The dining room is clean. I especially enjoy the historic photographs of local people and buildings."
