"The food used to be 5-star, but in my opinion, the quality and quantity have continued to decrease over the past few years. Food costs have increased nationwide, but increasing the cost of meals and decreasing the amount of food is not the best idea for great customer care. Also, when I pay $70-80 for a full-course meal for two, I'd prefer that be a dine-in experience and not take-home plastic trays. It's three almost four years since the onset of COVID-19, and the entire USA has now opened back up. It would be nice to return to Granny's to dine in. Customer service is always friendly and professional!"

"I haven’t been to Granny’s in a while because I moved to another state. When I did live in Columbia, I visited frequently. During my visit, I had to eat at Granny’s. The food is always so delicious, and they give you a good amount of food for your money. The staff is friendly. I just hate that they have not reopened for dine in since COVID. Still good food and great sweet tea and desserts. I had the shrimp and grits. So good. Chicken and waffles are always delicious. My nephews loved the Mac and cheese, yams, and corn bread. You can’t go wrong with Granny’s."

"By far the best southern cuisine in town! The staff is exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Bourbon wings - GREAT! Brown sugar lemonade- GREAT! Pound cake, sweet potato pie, shrimp and grits!!!! I have yet to find something I didn’t like."

"I wanted to try this place because I saw people from other states were coming to visit. I couldn't believe that they only do take out because nothing on their website stated that. Nevertheless, we decided to order since we were in the area. The pick up took so long and we weren't sure why since we came way after the estimated ready time. I regretted ordering the long Island iced tea. There was no soda and they put way too much iced tea that you couldn't really taste the alcohol. Never again. We ordered chicken & waffles, blackened catfish, fried trout, shrimp and grits, peach & bourbon wings, mac & cheese, bread pudding, and brown sugar sweet tea. Most of the food was really good. The peach and bourbon wings were so good. However, we were supposed to get 15 but only got 10. The catfish was so small compared to the amount of trout we received. The brown sugar tea was way too sweet for me but my son liked it. The shrimp and grits stole the show. It was so rich and creamy. It was so much that we ate the rest the next day. The collard greens and mac and cheese were good too. The bread pudding was disappointing. It didn't taste fresh at all. In all, we will definitely come back for the wings and try some other items."

"I ordered a fish and chips lunch special for myself, a crispy Cajun chicken sandwich for my husband, and a side of fried potatoes for us to share and everything tasted great! Each meal came with a heart shaped corn bread muffin that tasted really good and was moist. We also got the lemonade and sweet tea which were great. Our only complaint was that some of the fish still had bones it. That was off putting. But honestly the food was great otherwise!"
