"Never coming back. I had a great pedicure from one of the women working here. My wife however did not, she got a man to do her pedicure. He kept trying to pressure her to get more after we said multiple times “regular pedicure”. He was extremely rough with her feet and flew through her pedicure. Then after we said “regular pedi” he did gel on her without asking and charged us $57 for her pedi when the website says $47. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Will not be back."

"Called as soon as they opened to try and get an appt with Andy or T, the owners, for a fill. this was only my second time going there is I was referred by a friend. I was short on time and was looking for a morning appointment and they were able to get me in with T right away that morning. I’m very particular about how my nails are done and was willing to drive from Round Hill, Virginia, out to their salon, where I was very pleased with their work. I was greeted kindly by Andy, and they sat me at my table promptly at my appointment time, which I really appreciate not having to wait! She was very friendly, and did an excellent job on my nails. I was impressed. I never do reviews, but I definitely thought that they needed a shout out. For getting me in the same day within two hours of calling. Thank you Pure Nail Spa for doing a great job today! I will definitely be back :)"

"i came to pure nails because i’ve been told they’re really good so i decided to give them a try. super good service but my nails look completely rushed. she didn’t even touch my cuticles, the nail is uneven, looks like i went to walmart and bought a dip set and did it myself. these were $60 which is outrageous because of the time she didn’t take on my nails. the lady was super nice though she just seemed like she wanted to already be done."

"This was my first time visiting this business. I was so disappointed I had to return the next day to get them fixed. I had gotten a full set. The manager was nice about fixing them for me for free but proceeded to yell at the employee, who originally did them, while I'm awkwardly sitting there and they are looking at my nails. He then had an issue with a woman bringing in a service dog because he wasn't wearing a vest. (Lady said it was in training) I don't know enough about that to have an opinion, but then he was trying to talk badly about the lady to me while fixing my nails. Again, I'm stuck sitting there, not wanting to engage in talking negatively about another person. The nails were bubbly, uneven, thick, there was debris in the polish and they just overall looked terrible. I'm glad they attempted to fix them for free but the whole experience was very unprofessional."
