"The last 4 times that I've been here that I've gone through the drive through we have not gotten what we ordered. Usually there is no cheddar on my beef and cheddar. And they are supposed to be 2 for 7 that's what I paid and when I get home, boom, no cheese on my sandwiches. Or they decide that I'm getting a meal and I get charged for a meal and they forget the fries. Or they forgot to put the Mac and cheese bites the bag. I've worked retail for 30+ years, you shouldn't treat your customers like this. I try to be quite since I get that not everyone is in to customer service. Maybe I'll come and work a part-time job there and teach you how to take care of your customers."

"If your a fan of Arby's this is a great location to visit. The store is always clean, customer service is always friendly and food is very consistent. Highly recommend those location!!!"

"I ordered the "Good Burger" meal it was one of the best burgers I ever had. I also had to get a cheddar roast beef because that's what you do at Arby's. My daughter wanted McDonald's but likes Arby's now because of the different sauces. My wife could use some more Gluten Free Options."

"Well this is a double failure I'm staying at a hotel in Gettysburg ordered from Arby's on doordash suppose to be here at 8pm then doordash says your driver is on another delivery so now 8:30 no big deal wasn't starving but why would doordash tell me one time and then say oh your driver picked up another delivery so you have to wait longer but now on to the restaurant I ordered a beef and cheddar and a French dip the restaurant did not include the aujus sauce it's like getting a hot dog without the bun contacted doordash customer service they offered me a 4.84 cent refund on a 8 dollar sandwich I asked for them to deliver the aujus sauce they said the restaurant was not accepting any more doordash orders so doordash refunded me 10.84 but the whole experience was unsatisfactory on the restaurant and doordash"

"I ordered a Buffalo wrap to go. When I got the wrap it was split in 5 different places, Buffalo sauce was leaking out of the wrap and soaked the wrapper as well as leaking out of the wrapper. No one cared what the food was like going out to the customer and now o have a car full of Buffalo sauce."
