"Bad service it’s the closest subway to my house so i have to go there often and every time I went there was always a mistake in my order. Earlier today I went and there were two teenagers working there who were seemingly laughing and making fun at me after everything I said. That wasn’t the main issue they constantly made mistakes in my order and couldn’t even apologise after adding something into my sandwiches that I didn’t ask for. First minute I walked in they asked me what type of bread I wanted, and the first thing I said to them was the bread I wanted and nothing else, at first I couldn’t see but they gave me the complete opposite bread than what I asked. And after adding another ingredient into my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. When I corrected them after they already added the wrong thing in they looked at each other and started to laugh at me. They couldn’t even apologise for them adding the wrong ingredient into my sandwich. And there was also no one else inside the lobby other than me so there was almost no noise other than the slight wind outside. This is again not the first time employees have messed up my order and couldn’t even apologise for it. What made me annoyed this time was their constant laughter at me when they were the one who made the mistake. Because I didn’t wanna cause a scene I didn’t tell them of their mistake with the bread but it really annoyed me because of that mistake and many others I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich anymore especially after their ridicule of me."
"Honestly confused and saddened by my most recent visit here. I ordered a 12-inch sub with chicken, but asked them to only put chicken on one half. No, NOT because I wanted two sandwiches; I wanted to split the sandwich in half, one half for today and one for tomorrow, and I had a different plan for my protein intake the next day so I wanted to save the second half without chicken for that. At the checkout my total was higher than usual so I POLITELY asked if I was being charged for one 12-inch or two 6-inches (which would be more expensive). The young lady said that she was charging me for two 6-inch sandwiches, one with chicken and one “Veggie Delight”. Like, just because I didn’t want chicken on one side, that meant I was trying to “scam” them and get two sandwiches for the price of one? No. The young lady and the older lady started to get annoyed with me when I again POLITELY explained that the sandwich was for me alone, I just didn’t want that much chicken. That’s literally all I said. As I stood there confused about what the issue was, without saying anything to me she then charged me for one chicken 12-inch sub and walked away. Literally walked away and threw my sandwich on the counter as I was putting my credit card in, and her and the older lady started talking in Spanish like clearly ABOUT ME. I finished paying and POLITELY asked for a receipt, she came up to the counter and threw my receipt at me, and I left without saying anything. I didn’t care that they were charging me for two sandwiches, I was just confused and asked a simple question. I wasn’t rude or anything throughout this whole interaction cause I work in customer service too, but cmon, there was no reason to be rude or annoyed with me and bring this hostile attitude into a normal interaction. I would understand if they had a bad day or whatever, but there’s no reason to be petty and rude to a random nice customer. From the other reviews I can tell this is a common problem at this Subway. Just go to the one on Snowden Farm Pkwy, next to Harris Teeter -way better service and food quality."
"Just a heads up for today, my mom and I order two foot long sandwiches toasted. We got the order and headed home. However, underneath one of the foot long sandwiches there was a large purple piece of something, when I grabbed it I realized it was a piece of glass that had been wrapped with the sandwich. We immediately took the sandwiches back to the store to let them know about what we had found and just to cancel the order because I didn’t feel comfortable getting a new sandwich made if something broke near the ingredients. However, the lady at the front with younger girl immediately denied that they had anything to do with the glass. The older lady got very offensive and did not even want to look at the sandwich or the picture I had taken. She kept stating that they have no glass in the building so it is imposible for that glass to be theirs. Then she proceeded to ignore us and just grab the ticket order and start making the sandwiches again. I told her to stop because we did not want the order to be remade of the sandwiches. Specially since she didn’t seem to care about the fact that a large piece of glass had been wrapped with the sandwich, which is very dangerous. We left the store with a receipt of the canceled order but I didn’t feel comfortable of just leaving this problem like this. Finding glass on a food item is extremely dangerous and should be considered a serious issue. The lack of interest from the subway ladies to the problem left me concerned because they did not even start looking from where this glass could have come from. Even if nothing was broken in their shift the least they could have done would be to check the bread or other ingredients used in the order just to ensure there is more hidden glass anywhere. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with this subway because of their attitude towards our concerns and no longer feel comfortable consuming from them. So for today, anyone who goes to this subway be careful with your order and double check that there are no foreign object in it.I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else."
"I am surprised at the work ethic of the staff. First of all they are very stingy with the toppings, secondly the people working are so rude that they call out customers on their face.. I don’t know if the guy who is working there think that he is going to be a millionaire by saving few leaves of lettuce, tomatoes and sauces..If the people owning this franchise are serious with the business they better get the staff trained or replace them"
"On Sunday me and my wife went here with a coupon buy one get one free with any footlong. After order 2 with the chicken teriyaki and started to pay, the guy told me that you can not use the coupon because you picked the chickens and only certain meat is allowed. Then he said go look at the posted sign at the ordering line. We went to look at and saw a handwritten piece of paper stating that only ham, meat ball and turkey is allow for the coupon.... I told the guy that the coupon did not say anything about picking your meat or anything. He refused to explain and continued charging me for 2 footlong. I felt this is cheating customers by doing the cheap trick this way. I will never go back to this store again and will inform all my friends about it."
