"My wife needed a certain prescription filled and was on the phone with CVS for over 4 hours the other day. She needed to call this particular location and ask if they had the medication in stock. The pharmacist said that they did so we went out of our way to pick it up. The pharmacist lied to my wife because they did not the medication needed. This is not okay for a pharmacy to lie to customers about having medication in stock when they don't"

"This is a nice pharmacy. Everyone here is always pleasant and helpful despite the fact that every time I'm in there a customer is acting out their anger inappropriately. We're in the middle of a staffing shortage everywhere, and issues with medication not being available everywhere as well. That has nothing to do with any specific pharmacy. I've always had a lovely experience here, and folks need to start being nicer to pharmacists. This is an important profession and they're doing a great job."

"I have to give at least one star or else I would give NONE! The store itself and most of the staff are fine but the male pharmacist, Carl, is one of the rudest, most ill mannered people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting in my entire life! I will NEVER use this pharmacy after the way he spoke to my 60+ year old mother! We attempted to file a complaint with upper management and we were told that his behaviour is in accordance with the way they wish to run the Hawley CVS... I've been using the CVS in Honesdale ever since and the staff there are excellent, very helpful, always prompt and always very polite!"
