"The tec had terrible nail filled with dirt . Very unsanitary. He had no idea what he was doing . Put my hands under the lamp and the lamp didn’t work . He then removed all the gel polish he just put on . They continue to to talk in their language. He charged me $25.00 for this mess ? All my nails were uneven ."
"The worst experience ever! I’m new to Martinsburg and have been trying to find my “go-to” nail salon. Went in for a gel manicure nothing fancy. My nail tech filed my cuticles so hard it hurt. Instead of using nail polish remover to remove nail polish from my skin she filed it down. I got greeted once as I entered by another tail tech & that was it. For the duration of my session I was not spoken to except to wash my hands and to ask if the towel was too hot. I get it not everyone one wants to talk but a hello goes a long way! Disappointed to say the least!"
