"Rooms are very dated and the rug looked so worn I made sure to keep socks on during my stay. My card was also charged twice when I had already paid in advance. The only plus was the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and the location as there are a lot of food options around. Other than that I would not stay here again. Not worth the price. I was very disappointed in this Hilton property."

"This hotel is not a very good establishment. It is in a pretty good location which is probably the best thing you can say about it. I’ve stayed at this location 5 different times over the course of 2.5 years, and my experience seems to get worse every time. The rooms smell and everything in the rooms is dated. The staff are nice, but they can’t even remember to clean your room if you request it. I actually requested housekeeping and for my towels to be replenished two different times during my most recent stay and both times they forgot to do it. Check in is an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to wait about 15-20 minutes to check if you get there during afternoon or evening hours. Maybe if you will be staying at this hotel for pleasure, these simple things might not bother you. But if you plan on coming for business and don’t feel like dealing with these type of problems, definitely don’t consider this Homewood Suites. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and I travel all the time and only stay in Hilton hotels, and I can tell you don’t waste your time with this one."

"Just spent 2 nights there for convention at Greater Philly Expo Center. Excellent place & staff. Very clean & quiet rooms. Great value, highly recommend."

"I stayed at the Valley Forge location. My cousin booked the room. She was promised a suite with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. We got there, they had given it away to a corporate group. Got to the room, there was dirt in the window sill. Left for dinner, advised the front desk plus had to get towels. Well they came to the room the next day, cleaned everything but the window. The next day went for coffee, at 6:30 am. It was cold!!!!! Attendant eating her food and on phone. Talked to front desk again, dirt was out of window when we got back. We had bagged the trash for it to be taken out, nope just sat there. Went next morning to check out, told what was wrong, she didn't seem concerned. She said "COVID" is the reason the room wasn't seen about. With all this said, she wanted to give us points, nope she took a night off. Will NOT stay there again."
