"Bush River is one of my favorite places to kayack. Theres also areas to fish on shore if you don't like boats. In the coves and tributaries is numerous eagles, osprey, and blue herring hunting for food all day long sometimes. Fishing is good for catfish, snakehead, bass, striped bass, and white perch. Bush river is super peaceful your able to relax on the water all day if you like. Theres multiple coves, tributaries, and streams to explore on kayack or canoe. If your on a boat be sure to watch the tide in areas that are shallow, you don't want to get stuck back there."
"It may be a nice place to fish or boat... but what a disappointment in regards to access, walking trails, and an overall connection to what looks like a relatively large natural resource. This area is bounded by either noisy parkways, railroad tracks, or commercial development. I guess no one from this community walks or hikes, or values the potential to get out of the house and explore nature. The primary focus for tax dollars is not going towards connecting greenways, but approving projects that take down trees for plazas and hotels. I'll have to find a different highway stop for me and my dog on my long drive through."
"Very nice place to fish. Noise level was about 5/10 only because of the cars on the highway. Other than that, a great place to fish or just enjoy the outdoors."
"Great place to do some small fishin."
"The definition of peace and tranquility. The views are spectacular and the wildlife are plentiful. The area is well maintained and the people are very friendly. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I would suggest this area as the best I have been to. It is hard to leave there when I go there. The area also has great places to eat with a view of the water almost anywhere you decide to go. I would recommend visiting here to anyone who asks."
