"It would be really nice if this place could make a hot chai at an actually HOT temperature not lukewarm with cold milk. Have tried several times ordering but every time the hot chai ordered hot is lukewarm at best. Maybe get some thermometers and retrain on how to make items."

"I came in to drink some coffee and do some work on my computer. I ordered an iced drink and a donut. The donut was very dry, however, the drink was good (chai latte). While sitting inside at a table, the workers talked badly about customers in the window, used foul language constantly, and played music through a speaker with very foul language in it. They also spoke very rudely about other coworkers and their job. If I was looking for a job, I would not even consider working here in this atmosphere. I appreciate the tasty drink, but the donuts are dry and the employees are not managed well."

"I order a large Charlie cold brew with less ice and every time I order either through the drive-through or inside of the store, they always remember my order! The fact that the employees take the time to remember my order is something that is very personal to me. Definitely some thing that keeps me coming back! Mara is always so kind and helpful, and greets me with a smile and asks if I would like my usual. All of the employees are efficient and you can tell that they have high expectations for each other and themselves. The atmosphere is always uplifting and lighthearted and the employees are always working very well together and using teamwork to get all of the work done."

"when it arrived the only thing on my sandwich was cheese and pepper! No egg or bacon! For anyone not following so far my sandwich consisted of a croissant cheese and pepper! So got in my truck and drove there and showed them what happened. Who I assume was the manager, corrected the sand which and has the nerve to look at me and say “okay, we are good”. So, not believing the terrible service I was receiving. I said I just had to drive from my house and come back here ( for a cheese sandwich) and this is all you are gonna do for me, your not gonna give me a refund or try and make it right? His answer was no. Sad, that I stop here in the mornings before my commute to work. No more. Don’t go here. No working class person should give a place like this business. We don’t have the extra money to be served this way."
