"A family member and myself showed up for a 1pm appointment 15 minutes early and checked in. Someone else showed up two minutes before 1pm and was unable to verify their appointment, but were seen before us as the tech put them ahead of us in the system. This was upsetting because the only difference between us was appearance. Please kind to all of your guests regardless of your personal biases."
