"We ordered a family meal with chicken tenders. Afterwards every member of my family who ate the chicken tenders became violently ill with food poisoning resulting in vomiting and diarrhea. Save yourself from a horrible experience and avoid at all costs."
"Almost all of the workers here are Spanish-speaking and hence, they probably expect customers to be Spanish speakers as well. The only African-American lady who was working here assisted with my order while the others were busy doing their thing. This person offered me all the options for sauces and gave me more than enough of them which was surprisingly very satisfying. I thanked her for the excellent customer service. Popeye's should give her a raise."
"Do not go to the Urbana location. They refused to give me part of my combo meal and the amount of fries I got was so small. The staff were so rude as well and there was a long line but they were taking their grand old time to get anything done."
"I just paid $12 for a 3 piece combo and I received what looks like a kids size meal. This is the third time I go to this Popeyes in Urbana and its a complete disappointment. Do not recommend this place. Do yourselves a favor and drive to the Frederick location. Stay away. A total scam!"
