"Loved this location! The guy with the beard is experienced and tolerant of entitled customers who believe they're worthy of graciousness despite being rude. I waited 6 months before deciding to take the time over a busy season to comment on the behavior of stressed people dealing with stressed people. The guy with the beard is the best. Guaranteed perfection and hilarious encounters. Anyone who says otherwise needs to check themselves. 5 out of 5 recommend. I drove out of my way by an hour to use this location."

"I work in the shopping center where this location is and frequently get orders in the morning with the mobile app. For the 3rd time this week the lobby isn't opened and they refuse to give me my order even though it's paid for. The app says the lobby is open but once you go over it is not. This needs to be fixed you guys are losing business bad. I will NOT be getting anymore starbucks from this location because of this."

"20230422 They have lots of PA been there mugs!! When kids don't behave... Starbucks had to put lockers on restroom doors... and why is there a needle disposal box in the bathroom. First time seeing it at a Starbucks. This location is interesting. The Baristas were great! Please don't forget to tip. I decided to collect the Starbucks Been There State Mugs recently and attempting to go back to all the states that my pups visited. I got so lucky!!! This is their last one!! The baristas are so nice and friendly at this Starbucks!!"

"A work in progress I'll say. Yes they got my coffee wrong, the rest of it under the whip cream was good. My wife and I were and still are so happy that Starbucks is here in Waynesboro and know they will continue to get better and we will continue to enjoy their coffee. Thanks to our local Starbucks crew keep up the good work. I am so glad to report that our local Waynesboro Starbucks and their employees are doing a tremendous job. Every time we go our drinks get better and better. The coffee shop is kept clean and the baristas have great attitudes that go along with the great job that they are doing. Coffee lovers around Waynesboro support you local Starbucks and keep them open."
