"Very clean and well organized. The food was hot and tasty. Nice selection of sides too like fresh fruit cups and mashed potatoes. Macaroni and cheese was delicious as a side. Kids meals are very good too. Service was great. Restrooms are immaculate. Nice to see a clean and well maintained fast food restaurant. The interior and exterior look new, that is how well maintained. Their fried chicken is awesome. All the employees were on point. This is my go to for "fast" food."

"The burger I got was sad. It was small on the bun and I wondered if it was really beef. Roy's used to be the best burgers around. It's a shame what the covid era has done to fast food. We were hungry so it was sufficient. The building and decor was very nice."

"I ordered online and tried to call to make sure that my bacon was crispy because my kid will not eat it if it’s chewy or fatty, i called 5 times and all 5 times it rung until voice mail, when i went inside to get my food i was met with absolutely no acknowledgment and once i got their attention i was given attitude, my food was sitting on the counter getting cold when i KNOW they’re supposed to keep it in the heater under the light when waiting for the customer (i worked for RR for two years). my fries were barely cooked and some of the thicker ones were raw in the middle, one of my sandwhiches was wrong and i had to go back inside to get it fixed and when the manager heard why i had come back in she slammed her stuff on the counter and walked into the back, i understand being frustrated at work but it was completely unprofessional and made me, the customer, feel like i was bothering them for a mistake they made. absolutely ridiculous and will not be ordering again for this establishment."
