Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Worst chipotle experience ever. I placed an online order, and when I got there I was one of many people who were still waiting for their online orders. We all stood there staring at the staff while they tried their hardest to ignore us and only help out customers in line. Seeing this, I decided to go through the line and just place my order because it would be quicker than waiting for my already 20 min late online order (there were no online orders in sight). I went through the line and got my food which was proportionally terrible with more rice than anything. So much rice I had to not put on a couple ingredients because there was literally no room. I told the people at the checkout this was my online order and they proceeded to ask my name because they had no clue what was going on. I told them my name, but I wish I didn’t. Never going back to this location, and honestly never going back to chipotle unless I have to. Quality has been going downhill for a while now."

"I used to absolutely loved chipotle, but like many things lately, it is gone drastically downhill. This location in particular has some of the worst staff in a food service industry I’ve ever experienced. Went in for a pick up order and they were literally ignoring it, and not making any of the mobile orders. It took me having to go in line to get my order. Made 25 minutes later. Even more frustrating is when I emailed chipotle about the issue. All they did was give me a free fountain drink… Never going to again. Don’t waste your money or time."

"I'm really big on staff friendliness and customer service. I crave Chipotle often and sometimes I'm nervous to go to this location because some of the staff always has a major attitude, like I'm bothering them because I'm hungry? I usually get a bowl and the attitude putting the scoops in my bowl is strange. Portions are SO small. Most of the time my food looks like soup because they don't bother draining the juices from the foods. I can't explain it. They rush your food and I end up not eating all of it because they don't prepare it the way I like. And godforbid you ask for extra anything. 9 times outta 10 you'll get a eye roll! If you have anxiety and come here, make sure you put your big girl pants on! Lol"

"This is the second time the store has stiffed me on the amount of food because I’ve ordered through DoorDash. They think if you’re not there watching them put food in your bowl that they can put in less!! My bowl came 1/4 full. You can’t call the store and talk to a person just a recording. It’s a joke. Never again"

"The SLOWEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. We’ve tried this location 3 times and each time we’ve waited almost an hour past our pick up time. It’s currently 7:02pm, I’ve finally gotten my order and it was supposed to be done at 6:20pm. For food that is precooked and scooped into a bowl, that wait is unacceptable. Aside from the wait time, they got our order completely wrong on two of the three occasions. This time they didn’t include my third side of sour cream and my quesadilla has no veggies in it."
