"First time ordering from this place for lunch, the quality and freshness of the meats was 1 star, meat was very tough and dry, the greens had no flavor and Mac and cheese tastes like velveeta cheese and no flavor, the only 2 sides that were good were the fries and the corn bread. Hoping the desserts were good but I’m very disappointed since I am a baker the strawberry short cake was so bad you could taste the old strawberry’s same goes for the banana pudding the bananas were super brown and not sure what type of pudding that was. I’m sorry but what I paid for was not what I received."

"We found PIGS BBQ as a catering option for our wedding through the recommended vendors from our venue. We did not want a traditional sit down "catering hall" meal and after our tasting, we knew PIGS was going to knock it out of the park! So many delicious choices for your event and they worked closely with our alcohol vendor (Lakefront, right next door to them). Lisa was a pleasure to work with being responsive and accommodating to all our questions and requests. Kevin followed my husband and I around making sure we were attended to all night with drinks and food. Our friends and family are still raving about the mac & cheese!"

The selection of brisket, quarter chicken, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, cornbread, coleslaw, and the nacho bar was beyond amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect and tasty, and it was a super big hit at our wedding. Lisa, who helped coordinate everything, was such a wonderful person to work with. "We visited on a quiet weekend afternoon for a late lunch. Food was tasty when it arrived. Appetizer came out with our meal (which was odd - since it took a long time). We ordered the deviled eggs…so I am guessing they had to boil the eggs to order and then chill them. The Fried green tomato BLT was tasty and their fries were crispy and delicious. We really liked the house made tomato ranch dressing. The Mac and cheese was just OK. The waiters were friendly just wish the kitchen was a little quicker. Great atmosphere and a nice patio!"
